RETURNs
We want you to love your PrettyNextDoor pieces, but if you need to make a return, here’s how it works:
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
- UK Returns: Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- International Returns: Must be requested within 21 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original conditionwith all tags and security labels attached.
- Non-returnable items: Bodysuits, swimwear, face masks(for hygiene reasons) and any “FINAL Sale” items
- Sale items: Eligible for store credit only.
- Items showing signs of wear, missing tags, stains, damage, or strong fragrance will not be accepted.
HOW TO RETURN

Request Your Return:
Head to our Returns Portal to start your return request.- Follow the prompts and fill in your order details.
- You’ll get all the info you need to complete your return.

Repackage Securely:
Place your items (with tags attached) in your parcel. -
Ship Your Return:
Use your preferred shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. -
Send Us Your Tracking:
Once your return is shipped, email your tracking details to help@prettynextdoor.com -
Keep Proof:
Hold onto your postage receipt and tracking info until your refund is processed.
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
- Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving your return and will be issued to your original payment method (bank processing times may vary).
- Sale item returns are issued as store credit only.
- If your return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll notify you by email and return the item to you.
EXCHANGES
- We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order.
PND REWARDS PERKS
- PND Rewards customers get free returns on UK orders (subject to stock availability).
FAULTY ITEMS
- If you believe your item is faulty, you must email us at help@prettynextdoor.com within 48hrs of receiving your order.
- Please note: We do not monitor social media for customer service queries.
